Every plan has a time, a place and a preference. Pappy matches you with nearby people whose plans line up, shows you the fit and the distance, and you choose who to connect with.

Your number is never shared without your say-so. Contact details are exchanged only when both sides agree, and Pappy nudges safer choices before the match, not after. In the app, Karma Points and a Verified Tick for KYC-verified users help you judge reliability before you connect.

Chatting with Pappy and finding matches is free. When a plan involves money - a group buy or a shared cab - Pappy collects each person's share over UPI and coordinates the rest.

If no match is found within a set time, you can choose to proceed alone or cancel the request without any penalty. Our active community ensures high match rates in popular areas.

For group-buying deals in the app, payments are handled securely via UPI. For other categories like cab sharing or Ask Around, you settle costs directly with the other person (cash or UPI) after meeting up.

In the Picapool app, you can get a Verified Tick by completing our optional KYC process. This boosts your trust score and makes it easier to find pooling partners.
